Covid update: Dr Khan reveals the simple monitor you can buy which could save your life

Speaking to ITV’s Lorraine on Monday morning, Dr Khan explains how pulse oximeter can you to monitor your symptoms while at home.

“A pulse oximeter is a device that measures oxygen levels for people that are being treated for covid at home,” he said.

As Dr Khan explained, Covid can cause oxygen levels to drop to “dangerously low levels”.

A pulse oximeter devices can pick up your oxygen levels and alert you if something is wrong, he said.
