Actor Max Bowden, who plays Ben Mitchell on BBC soap EastEnders, confirmed the death of his friend and celebrity agent Terry Mills, who lost his battle with Covid-19 after being in a coma in hospital in Mexico. The boss of Big Talent Group died aged 38-years-old.
“You looked after me, and protected me when I was at my lowest. You nurtured me and helped me see light.
“You sprayed my feet when they were stinking out the house. All you did was care about the people you loved. When things got bad, we’d cuddle each other on that sofa in Marylebone like two toddlers, and tell each other we’ve got this.”
He explained Terry “battled everything” on the daily and managed to beat what was thrown at him, but this time the virus “got you”.
“But you still fought. I don’t know a life without you,” he penned, solemnly.
Terry had been battling the illness for two weeks and a GoFundMe was set up to aid his family with hospital costs.
It’s already nearly reached half of its £100,000 target.
Celebrities across the globe have donated in recent weeks, including This Morning’s Alison Hammond, Holby City’s Chizzy Akudolu, Natalie Cassidy, Gillian Taylforth and Letitia Dean who have all donated.
Grease and singer Dame Olivia Newton-John has also donated a prize to the auction set up in his name, along with Spurs star Harry Winks, AJ and Curtis Pritchard, the cast of Eastenders, as well as BGT winner Richard Jones.
