3. Inside the fridge

When cleaning your fridge, try not to use hot water inside as it can increase the temperature.

Instead, use whichever antibacterial cleaner you have – or make your own solution of white vinegar and cold water.

To do this, mix half a cup white vinegar and half a cup water and add to a spray bottle.

Spritz the bottle around the fridge and wipe down, cleaning every surface.

Then dry the areas with a microfibre cloth.
