The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge recently marked their 10-year wedding anniversary. The couple appear to have a happy marriage, and since their wedding have welcomed Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis to the Cambridge fold. William and Kate also recently celebrated Charlotte’s sixth birthday and have announced plans to have more control over their social media presence. Their popularity has skyrocketed in recent years, and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are now the public’s second and third favourite royals – behind only the Queen.

Kate dated Prince William for a total of eight years before tying the knot in April 2011.

And with the couple appearing to always be on the same wavelength, reports have resurfaced regarding a “prophetic” comment Kate made years before she began her relationship with William.

In his 2006 book ‘William’s Princess,’ royal correspondent Robert Jobson explained that while talking with some of Kate’s former school mates, one of them mentioned a comment she made regarding the young prince.

In the book Jessica Hay, Kate’s roommate and best friend at the time, also described Kate as being a “girl with very high morals”.

When speaking to Mr Jobson about Kate, Ms Hay said: “We would sit around talking about all the boys at school we fancied but Catherine would always say, ‘I don’t like any of them.

“‘They’re all a bit of rough.’ Then, prophetically, she would joke, ‘There’s no one quite like William.’

“She had a picture of him on her wall. It was one of him and his father fishing, but she had cut off Prince Charles.
